Odd Skandsen
Odd Skandsen has long experience from working as a commercial real estate broker and as an adviser in connection with syndication of real estate projects as well as project financing in general. He has been involved in the establishment and development of Catella Corporate Finance AS, Norden Prosjekt AS and Capital Partners AS. Prior to this, he has 15 years of experience from financial institutions working with leasing/ factoring, international financing, project financing and traditional banking. Odd Skandsen has education in economy and administration from the University of Stavanger.
Per Terje Hjelde
Per Terje Hjelde has long experience from working as a commercial real estate broker and as an adviser in connection with syndication of major real estate projects. He has been employed by Catella Corporate Finance AS since the company was established in 2004. In the period of 2001-2004 he was a partner in Norden Prosjekt AS. In addition to this, Per Terje Hjelde has more than 17 years of experience from working within the banking industry. His employers include companies within the Gjensidige Group, Handelsbanken Finans AS and SEB Merchant Bank. Per Terje Hjelde have degrees in business from the University of Karlstad, as well as from NMH in Oslo.
