The Catella Group has been present in Norway since 1998. Catella Corporate Finance AS was established in August 2004. In the spring of 2005 the Catella activities in Norway was reorganized and parts of the business was sold.

Today Catella Corporate Finance AS is the sole business in Norway, focusing only on large transactions. The transactions include:
• Corporate finance activities related to property projects
• Sale of major single properties or property portfolios
• Sale- and leaseback transactions
• Cross border transactions in cooperation with other Catella units

Since the launch of the corporate finance activities in august 2004 the local team has acted as advisors in property related transactions by the end of August 2007 with a value of approximately EUR 1,488 million.
